We are a small independent team and strive to keep the app fun and stable for as many players as possible.
Due to limited resources, we unfortunately cannot respond to every message personally. Please check our frequently asked questions below β there you'll find answers to most problems.

- The email address and username you play with,
- the device type (iPhone / Android), and
- a brief description of the problem.
We read everything, but can't always answer immediately.

1. I have a problem logging in
- Restart the app and ensure you have the latest version installed.
- Check your internet connection.
- If you log in with Apple or Google, make sure you use the same account as when you registered.
- If issues persist, reinstall the app.
2. Purchases, refunds and billing
All purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat.
Refunds are subject to the respective store's policy. Please request refunds via the App Store or Google Play.
3. My purchase (ad-free / extras) is not restored
In the game: Go to Settings β Restore Purchases to reactivate previous purchases.
